His strengths lie in communication, rapport-building, and adaptability, which allow him to create a comfortable and motivating environment for clients of all ages and backgrounds.

With over a decade of strength and conditioning experience, Anthony has worked across gym, private practice, and sports settings, training individuals from beginners to high-performance athletes. Having played college basketball in the United States, he has a personal understanding of high-level sport and now applies that experience to help others achieve sport-specific goals, especially in basketball strength and conditioning and plyometric development.

Outside of work, Anthony remains an avid basketball player and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
