ReConnect Program

The ReConnect Program is a 4 session wellness program where you receive guidance and implementation advice from an Exercise Physiologist helping you to incorporate the 4 pillars of health into your life being Activity, Nutrition, Mindfulness and Sleep.

ReCharge Program

ReCharge is an 8 session wellness and exercise based program focused on improving your physical strength, fitness, health and wellbeing. Whilst you’ll receive guidance and education on all aspects of the 4 pillars of health, being Activity, Nutrition, Mindfulness and Sleep, you’ll also receive 4 one-on-one, 60min exercise sessions aimed at helping you to implement an exercise regime that’s tailored specifically to you and your needs.
